1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.  
To cancel, email us at hello@coffyrico.com with your Order Number.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns ONLY in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product is defective
- Product does not match the description

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

3. Return Process
To request a return:
1. Email hello@coffyrico.com with your Order Number  
2. Attach product photos clearly showing the issue  
3. We will review and respond within 2 business days

After approval, you must send the product back in original condition & packaging.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- If approved, refund will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- Bank/UPI processing time may vary depending on your provider.

5. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used products
- Products without original packaging
- Products returned without prior approval

6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For customer-initiated returns (change of mind, wrong selection), shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
