Shipping & Delivery Policy — Coffy Rico

1. Shipping Coverage
Coffy Rico currently ships across India.  
All orders are shipped from:  
CREST EXIM, Shop no 513-14, Upper Ground Floor, Avadh Textile market, Umarwada, Surat, Gujarat 395010.

2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote/Interior locations: 7–10 business days

4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above certain order values.

5. Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.  
You can use this link to track shipping status.

6. Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to:
- Weather issues
- Courier backlogs
- Remote-region delivery
We are not responsible for courier delays, but we will assist wherever possible.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost:
- Email us within 48 hours of expected delivery at hello@coffyrico.com
- Provide your Order Number and photos (if damaged)

We will investigate with the courier partner and either replace the item or issue a refund as applicable.
